Since the beginning, we’ve been dedicated to sustainability, integrating good practices into all aspects of our operations.
To address social, environmental, and governance issues, in 2023 Hyntelo established a proper ESG commission of internal ambassadors to promote the principles of sustainability throughout the organization.
This commission is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about creating positive change and ensuring that Hyntelo remains a responsible corporate citizen. Our goal is to be a force for good in the world, supporting our local communities and the environment.
We prioritize environmental sustainability by using renewable electricity, implementing recycling initiatives, and promoting plastic-free practices. We also offer remote working options to reduce our carbon footprint.
We engage with the community through events like the Race for the Cure and voluntary activities. We promote diversity and inclusion through webinars on female representation in STEM fields and gender empowerment workshops.
Our governance principles emphasize transparency and ethics. We have a strong policy in place that ensures transparency in our operations and decision-making processes, aligning our actions with our values and stakeholder expectations.
Hyntelo is assessed by Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), globally recognized assessors of corporate sustainability metrics, on overall sustainability metrics. We provide data to CDP annually on our energy use, waste management and our greenhouse gas emission.
Hyntelo respects the environment by using only energy produced from renewable sources such as water, sun, wind and heat from the earth for its offices, certified by the energy services manager’s “guarantees of origin” system under EC Directive 2009/28/EC.
